The following can be served after dinner or with your cake cutting service. Some choices can be butler passed (B). Tasting of these items are available by appointment and for a fee. All presentations include table linen, white disposable plates, forks, napkins and decor items. All menu items are priced as add-ons to your existing menu package.
Mini Gourmet Cookies, $2pp++ (B)
Our signature gourmet cookies served petite size and warmed in the following assortments (choose 3): chocolate chip, peanut butter, lemon cooler, chocolate chocolate, chocolate macadamia coconut, oatmeal raisin and heath bar. Add shooters of milk for $1pp++
Gourmet Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, $3pp++ (B)
Hand dipped strawberries in the following assortments – milk chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate coconut, white chocolate oreo and milk chocolate peanut.
Fresh Berry Tarts, $3pp++ (B)
Sweet tart shells stuffed with fresh bavarian cream and topped with blueberries, blackberries and raspberries then finished with a lemon zest and sweet sugar glaze.
Sponge Cake Mousse Shooters, $4pp++ (B)
Gourmet sponges layered with fresh whipped mousses in your choice of 3 combinations of sponge and mousse – sponges: vanilla, chocolate, red velvet and carrot mousses: chocolate, white chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, lemon, coconut, passion fruit, amaretto and mango.
S’mores Station, $3pp++
Our chef will flambé before your guests a jumbo marshmallow then roll it in crushed graham crackers and chocolate served on a skewer stick.
Chocolate Fountain with Dippable Goodies, $7pp++ (75 person minimum)
Warm milk or white chocolate fountain with skewers and attendant served with: strawberries, pineapples, nutter butter cookies, oreo cookies, marshmallows, cream puffs and pretzel rods.
Sweet Treats Presentation, $6pp++ (B)
Gourmet mini cookies, gourmet chocolate dipped strawberries, cream puffs with chocolate sauce, sponge cake mousse shooters, brownie bites, pecan tarts and fresh berry tarts.
Chef Flambéed Bananas Foster, $4pp++
A French Quarter favorite – a perfect sauce consisting of brown sugar, butter, fresh lemon, fresh orange and cinnamon tossed with fresh bananas then flambéed before your guests with 151 rum and served over vanilla bean ice cream.
Chocolate Dips, $3pp++ (B)
Nutter butter cookies in milk chocolate, pretzel rods in white chocolate with nuts, pretzel rods in milk chocolate, oreo cookies in white chocolate and milk chocolate dipped marshmallows.

Gourmet Petite Pizzas, $6pp++
Served on 4” flour pizza shells in the following assortments: basil marinara, mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni and bacon pesto, smoked gouda, grilled chicken, pine nuts herb butter sauce, spinach, white cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan and smoked gouda basil marinara, mozzarella, onions, black olives, green peppers and mushrooms.
All American, $4pp++ (B)
Grilled and fried on-site, all beef sliders with cheddar cheese, mustard and caramelized onion served with carnival style fresh cut spiral fries seasoned with sea salt and malt vinegar (some venues do not permit on-site frying, please check with your venue).
Fiesta Bar, $6pp++
Tortillas, taco shells, nachos, ground beef, fajita style chicken, sour cream, lettuce, shredded cheddar, salsa, hot queso cheese, guacamole, corn, refried beans, black beans and yellow rice.
Chicken and Waffles, $3pp++ (B)
Fried chicken cutlet atop a quartered Belgian waffle with your choice of a country gravy or our rosemary/tarragon cream sauce.
Grilled Cheese and Soup, $4pp++ (B)
White cheddar, swiss and provolone cheeses lightly grilled on 7 grain bread and served with a petite bowl of roasted tomato bisque.
