Hand stuffed mushroom caps dusted with panko bread crumbs your choice of: crabmeat or andouille sausage.

Chicken breast pounded, stuffed and rolled with a blend of fresh spinach, fresh herbs, goat cheese then baked and lightly glazed.

Whole prime rib with an onion garlic rub baked to a juicy medium rare sauces include: horseradish cream, blue cheese and mushroom demi sauces.

Beef Tenderloin (filet mignon) , $6pp++ upgrade, $9pp++ add-on (G)

Loin of tenderloin (filet cut) marinated in seasonings and port wine reduction, sear grilled and baked to a perfect medium rare – sauces include: pomerey mustard, blue cheese and mushroom demi.



Pasta Sauté, $3pp++ upgrade, $6pp++ add-on

Our chef will sauté your choice of any two of the following combinations, served in a chafer for your guests: pastas: penne, tri-color fusilli, cheese tortellini or farfalle sauces: roasted marinara, pesto with roasted pine nuts, creamy alfredo or spicy fra diavolo accoutrements: meatballs, chicken, petite shrimp or fresh vegetables presented with ground parmesan cheese, shaved parmesan cheese and a fresh peppercorn grinder.
