Director of HR
Brooke has been with John Michael Exquisite Weddings & Catering since April 2013 when she was hired on as a banquet server. Since that time, Brooke has worked in several different positions and in January 2016, she accepted a position as our director of HR.
Studying hospitality management at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She was born in Ft. Lauderdale, but spent most of her childhood in Wellington, a suburb of West Palm Beach. Brooke is a big sports fan and some of her favorites are softball, football and baseball.
Brooke’s favorite part about being on the John Michael Exquisite Weddings & Catering team is getting to work with a great team! She loves meeting new people and seeing clients and guests enjoying events that she helped put together. Her favorite John Michael Exquisite Weddings & Catering menu items are the Boursin Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Caps and the Sun-Dried Tomato Raviolis.
